About Me

I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Philosophy at the University of Cincinnati.

I am also excited to serve as a Faculty Affiliate of the UC Center for Public Engagement with Science.

Prior to UC, I completed my Ph.D. in Philosophy at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. My dissertation developed a set of standards with which to evaluate components of democracies under non-ideal circumstances with a focus on social epistemic considerations. Before graduate school, I completed my B.A. in Philosophy and Economics at Columbia University.

Prior to college, I grew up in Northern New Jersey.
